Tracking for a Tandem Bike

I ride the same route every day so I'd like to compare myself to..myself over time. A line graph would be great with distance and speed, for example.

While racing, I'd like to send updates to my followers via Twitter but since I can't stop, I can't do this manually. I want to schedule the tweets at certain mile markers.

Send an email notification when someone sets a faster time when I was the leader on the segment.

Based on my goals, e.g.: running a marathon or cycling 100 miles AND based on how my progress is tracking, suggest cross training exercises that will help me reach my goal faster.

I want to know where my friends are riding and how close they are to me at any given time. This is particularly useful for days when I am a bit late and want to catch up to the group.
